Patience!!!
The frame after this shot is perfectly composed, the wave looks a lot better, and both Jeff and I are in better positions relative to each other. However, it's dark and blurry. I just couldn't hold off the additional tenth of a second, fired the flash, and ended up with the image below. It's the prettiest shot on my facebook page, but that's about it. Next time...
